| AGN IINTERNATIONAL WELCOMES A NEW FIRM IN NICARAGUA: GUTIERREZ GUADAMUZ & CO. |

AGN INTERNATIONAL, A WORLDWIDE ASSOCIATION of separate and independent accounting and consulting firms welcomes a new firm in Nicaragua; Gutierrez Guadamuz & Co.
The new member firm has 3 partners and 11 other professional staff and administrative staff.
Gutierrez Guadamuz & Co initially operated as an independent audit firm for 6 years, but only for private companies. In 2011 the firm formed a partnership under the concept of limited company with 3 partners to be able to compete at state level with larger companies and programs of international organizations which require audit firms to be registered at the local level with appropriate authorities.
The firm offers audit and accounting work as well some consulting services. The main industrial areas the firm deals with are sugar production as well as services to NGOs. They specialize in financial institutions and government sectors.
Nicholas Blake, CEO of AGN says: " I’m delighted to see the appointment of another member firm in the Central & South American region to complement our other firms there. This addition further strengthens AGN’s resources in this geographic area which is growing in importance. It provides evidence of increasing stability both politically and economically within the region and our new member in one of the key countries will provide clients of other member firms the high level of professional advice which is needed today.”
