| AGN INTERNATIONAL WELCOMES A NEW FIRM IN BRAZIL:CONFIANCE AUDITORES INDEPENDIENTES. |

AGN INTERNATIONAL, A WORLDWIDE ASSOCIATION of separate and independent accounting and consulting firms welcomes a new member firm in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Confiance Auditores Independentes.
The new member firm has 4 partners and 22 other professional staff and administrative staff.
The firm was established in 2002. At first its main focus was to carry out internal audit and internal control audit for financial institution customers. From 2004 the company began to perform financial statement audits and this new area corresponds nowadays with 40% of the company’s revenues. The firm’s expertise lies in the financial area.
Nicholas Blake, CEO of AGN says: “The appointment of a high quality firm in the major commercial city of one of the world’s economic superpowers is a great achievement. It builds upon and further strengthens AGN’s presence in this important country and with the niche expertise the firm has it will provide additional resources to AGN’s other members within the South American region.“
