Mr. João Verner Juenemann, senior partner of Juenemann & Associados Auditores e Consultores, from Porto Alegre, Brazil, has been elected by the State Governor as the only civil society member of the Rio Grande do Sul State Corporate Governance Committee for State-Owned Enterprises.
